Scientific Works of NCFSCHVW. Сontrol of agrocenoses stability, ensuring the quality of grape production and vegetable crops
The materials of the collection summarize the results of the scientific research work of the FGBSI NCFSCHVW scientists, carried out in 2017. A methodology is presented based on a system of principles, ways and methods for control of the stability and productivity of ampelocenoses under the conditions of production intensification and global climate change. Zoning of the Krasnodar Region territory for highly profitable viticulture was carried out. The toxicological characteristics of the vineyards soils are given, the ways of their reproduction under the intensive technogenic load are substantiated. Using the methods of breeding and molecular genetic, grape varieties – sources of breeding and economically valuable traits have been identified from the existing gene pool, including the varieties for biological viticulture. Based on the biocenotic approach, mycopathosystems of ampelocenoses have been studied, the influence of protection technologies the ecology of vineyards has been shown. Modern methods of control of quality and wine production safety are proposed; innovative technologies in the field of sugar beet production have been developed, and the results of the efficiency of their industrial use are presented.
